Who we are

BMSCoworker is a sample and test site run by Bobby Shearer (Las Vegas, NV). It is not yet a registered business. The LLC is pending.

What we collect

• If you create an account, we store your email and a hashed password. That form does not store a name or a profile photo.
• Guest login is not offered. The site does not create guest accounts.
• Drawings and schedules you upload, and the files the job produces from them.
• Chat messages you type.
• Basic technical logs from Vercel OpenTelemetry, and the session cookie that keeps you signed in.

This site does not run a website analytics product.

How uploads are used

Uploads are used only to process your job and show the results. We do not sell data. We never use your drawings to train any AI model. The app stores the files and runs the job from them. It does not send drawing files to a third-party AI model API. If you use chat, the text you type goes through Vercel AI Gateway to a language-model provider. That path does not receive your uploaded drawings, and image uploads in chat are turned off.

Payments

We don't take payments today. If we add paid runs later, a payment processor such as Stripe will handle card details and we won't store your card number.

Retention and deletion

We delete uploaded files on request; automatic deletion is coming. You can ask for deletion at any time.

Third parties

• Vercel hosts the site, stores files in Vercel Blob when that storage is configured, and receives technical traces.
• Postgres (Neon) stores accounts, projects, and job records.
• If we add paid runs later, Stripe will handle card payments. We won't store card numbers.
• Resend or SMTP can send email when one of those is configured.
• Vercel AI Gateway receives chat text and routes it to a language-model provider.

If an S3 bucket is configured, files can be stored in Amazon S3 instead of Vercel Blob.
